The PolishEats Pierogi Tournament brings together more than 50 Polish restaurants, delis, cafes, food trucks, and bakeries from across Chicagoland in a friendly competition to determine Chicagoland's Favorite Pierogi.
Created to celebrate one of Poland's most beloved and recognizable dishes, this tournament shines a spotlight on the family-owned businesses that have been serving handmade pierogi for generations. From traditional potato and cheese to sauerkraut and mushroom, meat, sweet cheese, and creative modern flavors, every restaurant brings its own unique recipe and tradition to the table.
Our mission is to encourage people to discover new Polish restaurants, support local businesses, and experience the incredible variety of Polish cuisine throughout Chicagoland. We invite everyone to visit as many participating locations as possible, taste their pierogi, and cast your vote. Every vote helps support the restaurants, delis, and cafes that continue to preserve and share Poland's rich culinary heritage with our community.

How Voting Works
The tournament consists of four rounds:

- Round 1: Open Voting
- Round 2: Elite 16
- Round 3: Final 8
- Round 4: Last 4, Championship Round – Crown the Winner
At the end of each round, the restaurants receiving the most votes will advance to the next stage of the competition.

- Voting is FREE and open to everyone.
- You may vote once per day during each voting round.
- Votes reset every 24 hours, allowing you to support your favorite restaurant each day.
- Only votes submitted through the official PolishEats voting page will be counted.
